Rates + Services

Individual or Youth (climbing)

$60-$100/hour — Climbing psychotherapy takes place at the Planet Granite PDX. I will meet you in the front lobby at your scheduled appointment time and we will get you checked in and fitted with gear as needed (gear rental is included in session rates).Beginning climbers are welcome! Many of my clients have never climbed before, and all sessions are customized based on the individual and what would be most beneficial for them at the time of the session.

Couples Counseling (climbing & non-climbing)

$120-200 — Climbing offers immediate feedback in communication and trust within couples, while being supported. Rather than only talking about the conflict & remaining stuck in the process, climbing counseling offers immediate work and lessons for couples to heal and more forward.

Individual or Youth (non-climbing)

$60-$100/hour — Climbing Counseling does not require you climb right away or at all. Office based sessions are available to provide privacy and space for processing as needed.

Family Counseling

Inquire Directly — Climbing counseling is great for families seeking to develop trust, and communication with one another or address conflict or grief that a family may be experiencing. Familiy counseling would primarily happen in an office base setting with some sessions spent climbing.
