Seeded Somatics ("we", "us", "the practice") is a 1:1 somatic practice operated by Phillip Schlachter in Portland, Oregon. This policy describes what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.
Email address — when you submit the Somatic Signal Letter form or initiate a purchase.
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We only retain the transaction record (amount, package, date) for our own bookkeeping.
Booking information — when you schedule a discovery call, Calendly captures your name, email, and selected time.
Anonymous analytics — page views, traffic source, and basic device info via PostHog. No personal profile is built unless you've submitted your email.
To send you the Somatic Signal Letter sequence and occasional writing on nervous-system literacy. To process payments and schedule sessions. To respond to you when you reach out. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone outside the practice.
You can ask for a copy of what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely at any time. Reach out to obi@seededsomatics.com and we'll handle it within seven days.
Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Use it any time.
