I want you to feel confident about saying yes. Here's exactly how refunds work.
If, at any point through the completion of your third session, you decide this work isn't the right fit for you, you can request a refund for the portion of sessions you haven't yet used. The refund is calculated by dividing your total package price by the number of sessions in the package and refunding the unused portion.
Example: You purchased the 6-Session Intensive for $875. After session 2, you decide to stop. Per-session value is $875 ÷ 6 = $145.83. You've used 2 sessions ($291.67); you'd receive a refund of $583.33 for the 4 unused sessions.
Once you've completed your third session, the package is considered fully committed and refunds are no longer available. If life circumstances require you to pause, we can usually find a way to extend the timeline of remaining sessions — reach out and we'll work it out together.
The standalone Signal Mapping Session is non-refundable once booked, except in the rare case of a documented emergency that prevents you from attending — in which case we'll reschedule within 60 days at no additional charge.
Email obi@seededsomatics.com with the subject line "Refund request" and a one-line description of the situation. I aim to respond within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds appear in your account 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
If something feels unresolved, I'd rather hear it from you than have you file a chargeback. Email me first and I'll do my best to make it right.
