Seeded Somatics — Somatic Signature Intensive

These terms apply when you book a session, purchase a package, or sign up for the Somatic Signal Letter from Seeded Somatics (operated by Phillip Schlachter, Portland, Oregon).

What Seeded Somatics is — and isn't

Seeded Somatics is a somatic education and movement practice grounded in nervous-system literacy and fascia-based awareness. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, physical therapy, or a substitute for any of those. If you're experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact 911 or call/text 988 (US suicide & crisis lifeline).

Booking & sessions

Sessions are conducted 1:1, in person in Portland, Oregon, or via secure video. Session times are confirmed via email after purchase. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any reschedule; cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. Sessions are scheduled within 14 days of payment unless we agree otherwise.

Confidentiality

What's shared in session stays in session, with the standard exceptions any practitioner observes — risk of imminent harm to self or others, or court-ordered disclosure.
